Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly ask for the following:

Cancellations or Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up until the 24-hour period on your account here.

Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee for their booked service(s). 

No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full amount of their booked service(s).
